I’ll admit it: I’m an itinerary snob. I have strong opinions on which travel partners offer the best—i.e. most immersive, authentic, and non-contrived—excursions and experiences. And I’m not afraid to share those opinions with you (and those opinions may surprise you—I love to recommend the unexpected!). Let me do the in-depth research, working with my vetted list of talented travel partners, to design an itinerary that hits all the right notes. This is how you’ll cut through all the online noise and get an eye-opening journey.

When they zig, you zag—I’ll show you how. Hordes of tourists can make you feel like just another cog in the wheel; instead, I’ll point you to the undiscovered gems and under-the-radar experiences that reveal the true essence of your destination. And while there truly are major monuments, museums, and historic sites that are “must-sees,” I’ll help you see them from a new perspective. I’ll design your days according to your prefered pacing, balancing more intense excursions with an afternoon by the pool—or simply getting lost on your own schedule. The goal? To ensure you don’t need a vacation after your vacation. And if you opt to join a small-group tour, you can bet I’ll be matching you with an experience that aligns with your travel style.
How It All Works
Step 1
We’ll first connect on your complimentary consultation call, so we can get to know one another. You’ll fill me in on your dream destination, potential dates, budget, and your particular passions—so I can build an escape that has “you” written all over it!
Step 2
I’ll get to work crafting your itinerary, weaving in sights and excursions that speak to your interests. We’ll review together and revise as needed. Then, I’ll book the main components and more for you (you can book flights on your own if you’d like to use your points)!
Step 3
As your departure date approaches, I’ll prepare you with packing lists and all my best recommendations for your destination. You’ll receive your full itinerary via handy mobile app—and if you run into any hiccups while traveling, simply reach out.

When you hand off the planning, I can do ab-so-lute-ly everything for you—or you can have more flexibility to book and discover some things on your own. Your choice! My planning fee for custom itineraries typically begins at $250-500 per trip (based on complexity and length; we’ll chat more about this on your consultation call). Here’s what you can get for that:
